Bringakro - Agriculture

An agropastoral experimental site dedicated to plant and animal production systems in a changing climate.

An experimental agricultural station

The Bringakro agropastoral experimental site includes an agricultural trial field suited to testing plant and animal production systems. It aims to develop sustainable production strategies and demonstrate their viability (economic, environmental and social) in a changing climate.

Its approach is based on the farmer-field-school concept. The field school is described as a participatory system for sharing knowledge, technologies and innovations to build producers' capacity, increase production and promote integrated crop protection.
