Documentation and Information Centre

The CSRS Documentation and Information Centre (CDI) is a 500 m² facility accommodating nearly 30 people. It provides access to scientific documents and outputs, training in document-management tools, information research, discussion and reading.

  • Design and implementation of the CSRS document policy.
  • Training students, researchers and teachers in documentary research.
  • Dissemination of scientific information within CSRS.
  • External access to documentary resources and collaboration with other documentation centres in Côte d’Ivoire.

Hours and access

  • Monday to Friday, 8 a.m.–12 p.m. and 1 p.m.–5 p.m.
  • Open to the public, with priority given to researchers.
  • Free access and on-site consultation; loans are reserved for CSRS researchers.

The collection is fully computerized and managed with EndNote X7. It includes books, theses, postgraduate dissertations, offprints and a virtual library.

  • 4,202 physical documents; 5,447 virtual-library resources.
  • 4,534 online journals; 5,785 electronic files.
  • 290 theses; 122 dissertations; 2,014 scientific publications.

The historical page distinguishes secured-access resources from open-access resources.
